Our lawyers have a vast collective knowledge of business, government, and law:

• The founder of our firm, attorney Patrick J. Molohon, has over forty years of legal experience including his experience as counsel and vice president for such companies as Ceco Steel Products Inc., United Airlines Inc., Connecticut General Life Insurance Co., Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co., and North American Co. for Life and Health. Mr. Molohon draws upon both his broad background and MBA to advise our business, tax, and estate planning clients. Pat began his private law practice in the Palatine area in 1983
• Former Administrative Prosecutor and Hearing Officer Elroy Sandquist represented and then judged cases for the Illinois Secretary of State’s Department of Administrative Hearings. He now represents our clients before this same department in driver’s license restoration hearings. Mr. Sandquist also provides representation in DUI, criminal defense, real estate, condominium association law, probate, and estate planning.
• Douglas A. James has over 25 years of combined experience in private law practice and in various corporate positions at The Quaker Oats Company. He represents clients in business law and formation, wills, trusts, probate, and real estate law. Mr. James' MBA enhances his ability to advise clients in these areas of expertise.
